Description

One 3004-294 serial programming cable is provided with each Applied Motion TSM integrated StepSERVO™ motor that has an RS-232 port. The 3004-294 is used for setup and programming of the integrated motor and can also be used in streaming serial command (SCL) applications as a permanent connection between the TSM motor and the host device’s RS-232 port. To use with a computer that does not have a 9-pin COM port, the USB-to-Serial adaptor is recommended: 3004-235.
