In our ongoing effort to improve that level of support we are excited to announce a new chat tool on our website called “Chat with an Engineer”. This new chat tool allows you to connect directly to an Applied Motion application engineer through a simple chat window in your internet browser. These are the same application engineers answering our phones and responding to emails, so you know you’ll receive the same excellent support you’ve grown accustomed to.
The Chat with an Engineer tool is available Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time. Just click the Chat with an Engineer button located in the header of our website to initiate a chat session. During offline hours you can also leave us a message.
