We at Applied Motion are pleased to announce that the launch of our online checkout process in August of this year was very successful. Since the checkout process went live orders have been coming in from channel partners and customers throughout the US and Canada. If you haven't noticed the changes to our website in support of this new service, look for the Add to Cart buttons located on the product pages of our website, as well as the new Store menu located in the main navigation bar.
The checkout process on Applied-Motion.com not only enables you to place new orders via our website, but you can check inventory levels and view status of existing orders as well.
To use these new ecommerce features simply browse our website for products as you normally would, and when you find something that interests you click the Add to Cart button. This will take you to the shopping cart page where you'll see your product as a line item in the cart. Below the item you'll see a description of it along with a "Quantity in stock" field. This field shows you how many pieces of the item are currently in our warehouse and available for shipment.
To view your existing orders simply select "My Orders" from the Store menu of the main navigation bar.
If you are an existing customer of Applied Motion and haven't made use of the online ecommerce service yet our Customer Service department can supply you with a login that will merge your new online order activity with your existing offline order activity. To request a login simply submit the Request Store Login form on our website. Note: New customers may simply create an account login on our website and do not need to submit the above form.
