Quick Tuner Quick Tuner is the software tool used to configure AMPs servo drives. The screens adapt according to the drive detected, in this way it shows you what functions are available and what configurations can be set. |

With Quick Tuner you can set :
- System Gains
- Drive functionality
- I/O configuration
- Continuous and Peak Current
Quick Tuner includes a Timing Wizard, this can help set the commutation for unknown motor types , if you are using Applied Motions Alpha motors pre-defined configuration files are provided.
Quick Tuner contains an oscilloscope function to help with setting the system gains. You use the sample command to create a simple move then the screen display the target and system response to that move.

When connected to the Blu series servo drives a monitor screen is available that displays system parameters, a useful commissioning tool.
3 monitor displays are available, each can be configured to display:
- Position Error
- Actual Speed #1
- Target Speed #1
- Command Current
- Actual Current
- Supply Voltage
- Drive Temp
- Encoder Count #2
- Alarm Code
- Ain Voltage
#1 - this can be in rps ( revs per second ) or rpm ( revs per min ) depending on the setting that you chose in the Quick Tuner main screen.
#2 - By clicking on the Encoder Count, you can return the value to zero.
