The 1030 step motor driver is a full, half, or one-quarter step-per-revolution phase sequencer with MOSFET, three-state switching amplifiers and optically isolated input circuits. The drive also includes an feature to automatically lower motor current anytime the motor is left at rest for more than one second.

The amplifier regulates motor current by chopping at a constant, inaudible frequency. Motor current, step resolution, and idle current reduction are all factory configured to customer specifications. A standard configuration is also available.

The 1030 drive is available with a minimum order qty of 100 pieces. An engineering sample is available upon request to qualified OEMs.
